Returns must be sent within 10 days of receipt.  You may return your goods if you change your mind, find it faulty or not what you thought you had purchased. 

However, you must notify us of your intent to return goods and pay the return freight. 

If the item is deemed faulty then Festival Clothing will replace the item (free freight) and reimburse the return freight. If the item loses value or becomes unsellable due to use, staining or damage, you the customer shall pay in full for the costs associated with the item.

If you change your mind, then freight is the responsibility of you as the customer and Festival Clothing will refund you the intial cost of the item only.

Reimbursement will be the same as the method of payment, i.e. direct debit, credit card refund, etc.

Only items purchased through this site are eligible to be returned in this manner.  Purchased items from stockists, must be returned to the stockist for reimbursement.
